These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the gk222 platform. By creating an account and using any part of the gk222 service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.
1. Introduction

- You must hold only one active account at gk222 at any given time. Operating multiple accounts, whether under your own identity or a different identity, is a material breach of these Terms.
gk222 reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any user at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable period may result in account suspension, restriction of withdrawals, or permanent closure of the account at gk222's sole discretion.
3. Account Registration & Security
Each user is permitted to hold one account only. Upon registration, you are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate and kept up to date at all times. The following obligations apply to all gk222 account holders:
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. gk222 will not be liable for any loss, damage, or unauthorised access resulting from your failure to keep your password secure.
- You must notify gk222 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation or if your login credentials have been compromised.
- You must not allow any third party to access or use your gk222 account on your behalf. All account activity is the sole responsibility of the registered account holder.
- gk222 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts at any time and to apply any balance from a duplicate account to the oldest registered account associated with the same user, or to void such balances entirely where fraud is suspected.
gk222 uses SSL encryption to protect your account and transaction data. You are advised to use a strong, unique password for your gk222 account and to log out of the platform after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
gk222 supports BDT deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in BDT. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the platform:
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. gk222 reserves the right to amend minimum deposit and withdrawal limits at any time with reasonable notice to users.
- All deposits must be made from a payment account or card registered in your own name. Deposits made from accounts belonging to third parties will be reversed and may result in account suspension pending investigation.
- Withdrawal requests are processed in the order in which they are received. bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically credited within 5 minutes during Bangladesh Standard Time business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 30 minutes.
- gk222 does not charge fees on standard BDT withdrawals. Any fees levied by the player's payment provider (mobile operator charges, bank fees) are the player's sole responsibility.
- gk222 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawal requests or withdrawals that exceed certain thresholds. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may delay or prevent withdrawal processing.
gk222 operates a strict anti-money laundering policy. We reserve the right to request verification of the source of funds deposited to your account. Any deposit that we reasonably suspect to be derived from criminal or fraudulent activity will be blocked, reported to the relevant authorities, and the associated account will be permanently suspended.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
From time to time gk222 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside individual promotions:
- Bonuses are credited only to accounts that satisfy the eligibility criteria stated in the relevant promotion. gk222 reserves the right to withhold or withdraw a bonus from any account that does not meet the stated eligibility criteria.
- All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion is stated in the individual promotion's specific terms. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount.
- Bonuses may only be used in accordance with the applicable wagering restrictions. Using bonus funds on games or markets that are excluded from wagering requirement calculations constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
- gk222 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion or bonus offer at any time without prior notice, including where the promotion is being abused or misused by users.
- Players found to be engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, placing hedging bets to reduce wagering requirement risk, or coordinating with other players to exploit a promotion — will have their accounts suspended and all bonus balances and associated winnings forfeited.
6. Your Key Obligations as a Player
As a gk222 player, you agree to comply with the following obligations at all times while using the platform. Violation of any of these obligations may result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, or permanent account closure.
Age Compliance
You confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. If it becomes apparent at any point that you are under 21, your account will be suspended immediately, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, all winnings will be voided, and your remaining account balance may be subject to forfeiture at gk222's discretion.
One Account Per Player
You may hold only one account at gk222 at any time. If gk222 discovers that you hold or have held more than one account, gk222 may close all accounts, confiscate any balances, void all winnings and bonuses, and permanently ban you from the platform without any obligation to pay out funds held in duplicate accounts.
No Fraudulent or Prohibited Conduct
You must not engage in any fraudulent activity, including bonus abuse, match-fixing, using automated systems to place bets, money laundering, or any other conduct that distorts normal gameplay or the integrity of markets. Any such conduct will result in immediate account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.
Own Funds Only
You must only deposit and play with funds that legally belong to you. You must not deposit or use funds derived from any criminal activity, or funds that belong to any third party. Using stolen payment credentials or payment methods belonging to another person is a criminal offence and will be referred to the appropriate authorities.
Accurate Information
You must provide and maintain accurate personal information at all times. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, phone number, and email address. gk222 may request updated documentation at any time to verify the information held on your account. Deliberately providing false information constitutes fraud and will result in account closure.
7. Betting Rules
The following general betting rules apply to all sports betting and casino game activity on the gk222 platform. Game-specific and market-specific rules may be published separately within individual game and sports betting sections of the platform.
- All bets are final once confirmed. gk222 does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse a confirmed bet under any circumstances, including where the player claims to have placed the bet in error.
- gk222 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was created in error, where odds were manifestly incorrect, or where an event has been subject to confirmed match-fixing or other integrity breach.
- In the event of a technical malfunction on the platform during a live bet or casino game session, gk222 will investigate and resolve the issue at its discretion. Where a malfunction has materially affected the outcome of a bet or game, gk222 may void the affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts.

Any player found to have placed bets based on inside information, in collusion with other players, or in a manner designed to exploit a pricing error or technical vulnerability in the platform will have their account suspended, all winnings voided, and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
8. Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the gk222 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. 10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gk222 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the gk222 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, system failure, or the cost of substitute services.
gk222 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Access to the platform may be suspended temporarily without notice for maintenance, system updates, or circumstances beyond gk222's reasonable control.
11. Account Suspension & Termination
gk222 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice where any of the following circumstances apply:
- The account holder is found to be under 21 years of age or has provided false identity information during registration or at any subsequent point.
- The account holder is found to be operating more than one account on the platform, whether under the same or a different identity.
- gk222 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, match manipulation, use of automated betting software, or any other conduct that breaches these Terms or applicable law.
- The account holder has requested self-exclusion or has been subject to a cooling-off period that has resulted in account closure, or has been identified as a vulnerable player by the gk222 responsible gaming team.
Where an account is closed by gk222 due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited in whole or in part at gk222's discretion, depending on the nature and severity of the breach. Where an account is closed at the player's own request and no breach has been identified, the remaining balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following completion of standard KYC verification.
12. Amendments to These Terms
gk222 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, gk222 will publish the updated Terms on the platform and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. In some cases, gk222 may notify registered users of significant changes via email to the address registered on their account.
Your continued use of the gk222 platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform immediately and contact [email protected] to request account closure.
